Questions

Ordering, payment and shipping

How do I pay?
You build your cart here and confirm the order. That creates a numbered order and opens WhatsApp with the details already written. Payment is by Zelle, and we send the confirmation with your tracking number.
Why WhatsApp instead of a card?
Research compounds sit in a category most card processors decline. Rather than run a checkout that fails at the last step, we confirm each order by message. It takes about a minute and nothing gets declined.
How long does shipping take?
Orders confirmed before 2pm ship the same day, the rest the next business day. Inside the US, delivery is typically 2 to 4 business days with tracking.
Is the packaging discreet?
Plain outer box, no branding and no product names on the label. Inside, each vial is protected and packed with a cold pack when the compound needs it.
Where do I find the COA for my lot?
On the product page, above the buy button, with the lot number next to it. If you already received a vial, type its lot into the search and you will land on the same certificate.

Start with the certificate, not the price

Open any product, read its COA, then decide. That is the order we would want if we were buying.
