Typically 2 to 4 business days inside the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico take longer.
Where we ship
The 50 United States, plus Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally: research compounds crossing a border turn a two-day delivery into a customs problem that neither of us can solve from a chat.
What shipping costs
- Standard, 2 to 4 business days — $12 flat, free over $200.
- Express, 1 to 2 business days — quoted per order on WhatsApp, depends on the destination.
- Cold pack — no extra charge. It is decided by the compound, not by what you pay.
The packaging
Plain outer box. No branding, no compound names, no reference to the contents on the outside label — only the address and the tracking number. Inside, each vial travels in its own protective sleeve, and compounds that need the cold chain travel with a cold pack and insulation.
The certificate for your lot travels in the box as well, and it is also on the WhatsApp thread before the package leaves.
If something goes wrong
Tracking has not moved in 48 hours, the box arrived damaged, or the cold pack arrived warm: send us a photo on the same thread, with the tracking number. Damage or loss in transit is handled by us, not by you and the carrier.
