We send the Zelle details and the total on the thread. Put the order number in the note so it matches itself.
Certificate and tracking
We reply with the lot certificate, then with the tracking number when the box leaves.
Why WhatsApp instead of a card form
Research compounds sit in a category most card processors decline. A checkout that takes your card and fails on the last screen is worse than no checkout: you have already typed everything and you still have no order. So we confirm each order by message instead. It takes about a minute and nothing gets declined.
It has a second effect we did not plan and would not give up: you end up with a written thread that has your order number, your lot certificate and your tracking, all in one place you already check every day.
What we accept
- Zelle — the default. Instant between most US banks, no fee on either side.
- Bank transfer (ACH) — for larger orders. Add 1 to 3 business days for it to clear.
What we never ask for
We will never ask for your card number, your online banking password, a verification code, or remote access to your device. Nobody from BioViora will ever ask for any of those on any channel. If a message asks you for one of them, it is not us — stop and write to the number published on this site.
Coupons and bulk
First order takes 20% off with the code WELCOME20, applied on the cart before you confirm. It does not stack with bulk pricing.
From three vials of the same compound, ask for bulk pricing on the thread before you pay. Retail price is what is listed on each shelf; bulk is quoted per order because it depends on the lot.
Cancelling and refunds
Before it ships, an order can be cancelled on the thread and refunded in full. Once it ships, the shipping policy applies: unopened vials in original packaging, damage in transit covered by us, and no returns on opened vials for reasons that have nothing to do with policy and everything to do with chain of custody.
