Terms of sale
The rules that apply when you buy from this site. Short version: these are laboratory reference materials, and buying them means you are saying they will be used as such.

Research use only
Every product sold on this site is a reference material intended exclusively for laboratory research and analytical use. Nothing sold here is a drug, a food, a cosmetic, a dietary supplement or a medical device. None of it has been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any use.
We do not provide dosing information, administration instructions, protocols or injection supplies, and we do not answer questions framed around human or veterinary use. This is not evasiveness. It is the line that separates a research supplier from something else, and we hold it in writing and in the chat.
By placing an order you represent that you are acquiring these materials for laboratory research, that you are qualified to handle them, and that you will not administer them to humans or animals or resell them for that purpose. If that is not true, do not order.
Who can order
You must be at least 21 years old, ordering from and shipping to an address within the United States or Puerto Rico, and acting on your own behalf or on behalf of an entity you are authorised to bind.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, before or after payment, without giving a reason. In practice we use it for one thing: orders where the conversation makes the intended use clear. Declined orders are refunded in full.
Orders and acceptance
The cart on this site produces a numbered order. That order is an offer, not a contract: the sale exists once we confirm it on WhatsApp and payment has cleared. Until then nothing is reserved and stock is not held.

Prices, stock and lots
Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown on the site at the moment you confirm. They do not include shipping, which is quoted separately, and they do not include any tax that may apply to your address.
Stock and lot numbers change. The certificate you receive corresponds to the lot actually shipped, which may not be the lot displayed when you first looked. If the lot changes between your order and your shipment, you get the new certificate before the box leaves.
We correct pricing errors. If a price is listed wrong and you already confirmed, we tell you before charging anything and you decide whether to continue.
Shipping
We ship from the United States to the 50 states and Puerto Rico, with tracking, in plain outer packaging. Processing and delivery windows, cold chain and the handling of damaged or lost packages are set out in full in the shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.
Cancellations and returns
Before dispatch, cancel on the WhatsApp thread and we refund in full.
- Unopened vials in original packaging: returnable within 14 days of delivery, refunded minus return shipping.
- Damaged in transit or a broken cold chain: replaced or refunded by us, no return shipping on you.
- Wrong item sent: replaced at our cost, and you keep the wrong one if returning it costs more than it is worth.
- Opened vials: not returnable. Once the seal is broken we cannot document the chain of custody, and a certificate we cannot stand behind is worth nothing to the next person.
What we warrant, and what we do not
We warrant that the material shipped matches the identity and purity stated on the certificate of analysis for its lot, as measured by the testing laboratory on the date shown, and that it was stored under the conditions the compound requires until it left our hands.
We warrant nothing beyond that. No fitness for any particular purpose, no result, no safety in any application, and no suitability for any use other than laboratory research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.
You are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of these materials safely and in compliance with the law that applies where you are, and for any consequence of using them outside laboratory research.
Content on this site
The text, photography, logos and layout of this site belong to BioViora. Certificates of analysis belong to the laboratories that issued them and are reproduced here unmodified. You may share a certificate freely — that is what it is for.
Changes and applicable law
These terms can change. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you confirmed it, and the date of the current version is at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
